  1. An Englishman, Irishman and Scotchman were once dining together. The Englishman asked Sandy if he were not a Scotchman what would he like to be "Oh", said Sandy. "I would like to be an Englishman." He then asked the Englishman what would he like to be if he were not an Englishman and of course he replied "A Scotchman." They then asked the Irishman what he would be if he were not an Irishman, and the Irishman promptly replied "If I were not an Irishman I would be thoroughly ashamed of myself."
