    There are many marriage customs in our district. People generally get married during Shrove. May is supposed to be the most unlucky month to get married in. Marry in May you will rue the day is one of the sayings.
    Monday for health,
    Tuesday for wealth,
    Wednesday the best day of all.
    Thursday for losses,
    Friday for crosses
