  1. Near the school, about 400 yards to the west, on the road to Killurin Cross, there is a little bridge. The old people called this Colibor’s Ford. At this ford Mrs Matthews told me a man was killed many, many years ago (probably ’98). An old stone marks the spot where he was killed.
