  2. Cure for Whooping Cough: Walk the child (sick) under an ass three times saying: 'In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost. Amen. Then give the ass a piece of bread to eat and give the crumbs that fall from the ass's mouth to the child to eat.
    Wart Cure: Gather seven white stones on the strand and rub the warts with them three times and then throw them away on a cross-roads and the warts will go away.
