    Colcloughs, but not regalated direct from them, but through a sub-land-lord named Byrne.
    The farmers of this place refused to pay the rent, and when Byrne proceeded to evict them, they were joined by their neighbours, and a fierce struggle ensued. The sad result was that about twenty families were left with-out homes, and remained so for many years.
