  1. About the districts of Dungay and Tineveragh long ago, a poor scholar used to work and live among the people. He used to hold schools at night in different houses. At one house in Dungay, the farmer found a pot with some money in it, as he was digging near a tree. There was some inscription on the pot which they could not read or understand.
The poor scholar stayed in this house one night. The pot was cleaned for the scholar's supper. When he was eating they saw him gazing with interest into the pot. On questioning him, he explained the inscription in it... He said that it meant "The other side of the tree is no worse."
