    grass and does not like hay he does not need to be put in a stable at night. But in winter time we make sure of leaving by a store of oats for him.
    He is mostly kept in the stable during the winter and fed on hay and oats and a drink of clean water. He is brushed and cleaned every morning. When a horse is well fed he will work better, but if he is not he shows it in his movements and appearance.
