  1. Long ago they used to make baskets of rushes and sallies.
    First they used to skin them and leave them seasoning for a few days.
    Then they used to cut them and boil them and weave them into baskets.
    There were several kinds of baskets "namely" butter baskets and egg baskets, turf baskets and potato baskets and clothes baskets and several other kind of baskets.
