    When the swallows are flying low it is a sign of rain.
    When there is a sign of snowstorm when the seagulls fly inland.
    The cat turns her back to the fire and the dogs eat grass when there is a sign of rain. If the sheep are standing in the morning it will be wet, but if they are lying down it will be a fine day.
    It is a sign of rain when the cows, horses and other farm animals are seeking shelter in the ditches or hedges.
    The sky is either white or black when it is going to rain, and it is clear and blue when it is going to be fine.
    There is a sheen on the rocks when it is going to be fine, but they are dark and black when it is going to rain.
    There is dust on the road-way when it is going to rain.
    The water in the sea and lakes gets dark when it is going to rain.
    All winged creatures fly low when it is going to rain.
    If there is a rainbow in the morning it will be fine, and if there is a rainbow
