  1. I live only about a half mile from Faughan hill.
    Formely it belonged it belonged to a family called Nobles.
    There is an unlucky sod on it and it is said that if you fell down from Faughan hill you would never get better if the injury.
    There was a woman living in the neighbourhood of Bohermeen who fell down from it and broke her knee and never got better.
    Her name was Mrs Cosgrove of Bohermeen she is dead about two years ago and she was only seven years old when she fell down of it and she could only walk a very small distance to the end of her life.
