    work. She would often have to wind yarn on bobbins for the weavers when she would come from school. When the piece would be woven and the loom empty the men would bring it to the calender yard in the Narrow West Street and get paid for their work. Their might be two or three pieces in each warp. When one warp would be finished they would get another.
