  1. Whooping cough :- Get a piece of brown bread from a married woman whose name never changed even though she is married.
    Sore eye :- To cure it get ten thorns and point nine of them to the eye and throw the tenth one away. The person that does it must have his mother and father living.
    Sore finger :- To get someone to stand between the door-way and stand on the finger this is supposed to cure it.
