  1. Not so many changes from old times in the sowing of wheat. It was covered in with a light one horse plough. The caindrill to my mind is not what one would expect. With a lively single horse 3/4 ac can be got in each day.
    The old straw seed-basket are known no more but the galvanized bucket is a good substitute.
    A good had at seed spreading can sow with both hands with the seed basket. Mounted on a steady horse he can guide
