palm down, and a stone laid between every two fingers. The fifth is thrown up and before it is caught coming down the stone between the thumb and first finger is pushed in under the palm. Then the stone is thrown up again and before it is caught the next stone is pushed in and so on until all four are in under. The 'gob' is thrown up once more, and the five 'gobs' are caught together.
    Milking the Cow
Four gobs are placed in a small square and the fifth is thrown up while the two fists are closed as if milking, then the right is opened and the fifth is caught coming down. Then it is thrown up once more and the five gobs are caught in the palm. 'Dress the bed' is played similarly, but before pushing the gobs into the centre, the ground is patted once with the palm of the hand when the fifth gob is first up in the air.
One gob is put at the tip of the middle finger and one at the wrist and a third is thrown up, and the three are caught in the palm for 'short bangle'.
