  1. St. Ita travelled from Waterford to Cork and so to Limerick until she came to Killeedy. The chieftain of that place was fighting with another chieftain. He heard of St. Ita. He went to her and asked her to pray for his success, she did it and he won the battle. She had a farm in Seconglass.
