    A portion of one gable end has fallen away. A part of the eastern gable is about thirty five feet high. In that whole building there is only one window of very small dimension, being only three feet, one inch by seven inches. The window is gradually widening as it enters the monastery, till it comes to a measure of five feet by four feet in width, the top being roman arched. The doorway in the western gable is beautifully arched on the outside while on the inside is a larger arch. The first arch measures seven feet, nine inches in height, two feet nine inches in width.
