  1. Some time ago a farmer had a beautiful garden of potatoes in Killoughteen. He had an acre of these potatoes and they were admired by everyone. He was delighted at the prospects of it. He decided to hire men to dig the potatoes on the next day. That evening he went to the garden and to his surprise he saw many small men picking the potatoes. He was terrified and went in for his servant. They came out and the servant could not see them. Next day he hired his men and they started digging the potatoes. Out of the acre of ground he had not
