The Irish National League,

Dublin.Mr. Timothy Nolan.
Knocknagree,
Co. Cork,
Dear Sir,
Mr. Kenny M.P. was to have travelled down this morning by train to your meeting, but seeing by the 'Freeman's Journal' that it has been suppressed, he, of course, saw no necessity for his going. I feared myself from the commencement that this would be the result. However, I think some good has been done by the convening of the meeting, even though the Government have suppressed it, and the people may quietly disperse and give no cause to the Police for interference with them.
Yours faithfully,
T. Harrington.
