A certain man commited a murder and as a Divine punishment his wife died. Then his house was haunted. Each night he heard the plates move downstairs and nothing remained in its place at night so that he never slept at night. Then the very rats rose in an army against him so that he had to sit up and mind his Children at night while they slept otherwise the rats would eat them.
