- In olden times people were far (more) healthier than what they are nowadays. Long ago they used eat three meals a day. In the morning in the middle of the day and in the evening. They used work in the morning before breakfast. In the morning they had potatoes. For dinner they had stirabout. And in the evening potatoes. They used drink lots of milk. Such as goats milk and sheeps milk and sour milk. When they were eating they used sit around the table which was hung up against the wall when not in use(continues on next page)
