Robert Swanton was in Brade he was a brother of John's. There was another one of them in Shreelane and there was another one of them where Sam Brooks is now. That belonged to Cullinagh at the time. The man in Brade had a farm in Shreelane where Tim Shannahan and Morris Sullivan are now. He used to have lots of cattle and sheep there. He was the landlord of a few other farms adjoining his own farm. There was no one claiming Milín na [?] at that time only the Gadaidhes that were there and when they got to know that the landlord had taken possession of the place by tilling the fields they left the place and were never seen again.
