  1. Miceal Cairbre was a very strong man. When a circus came to town, he used to go up and perform in the ring lifting heavy weights. A great many strong men in the circus used to challenge him but he could beat them all. He is not as strong now as he was. He used to throw very big stones.
    He used to mend watches and clocks and when he had then finished he often walked 20 miles to deliver them. He often walked to Sligo that is 26
