- Once upon a time there lived in Rossmore a family who were very odd. There were two brothers and a sister in the family. They were very strong. They had no horses at this particular time. When Spring - time came the two brothers began to plough by themselves. After a week they had all the land they needed ploughed. After that they harrowed and cultivated it by themselves. When Summer - time came there were no crops to be seen and when Autumn came they had nothing to reap It is said that these people had bad luck afterwards.
