  1. In olden times the people used to eat two meals in the day. They meals were breakfast and dinner. They used to work four or five hours before breakfast. They would get potatoes for there breakfast and the same for there dinner. There were no meat in olden times only the flesh of animals they used to eat the meals out in the fields.
