fliying high it is the sign of fine weather, but when the birds are flying low it is the sign of wet weather. When the cat is sitting with her back to the fire it is the sign of bad weather. If the sky is blue it is the sign of fine weather.
If the hills seem near you, it is the sign of wet weather. When the midgets are to be seen it is the sign of wet weather, and if you see clocks running along the ground it is the sign of bad weather. When the smoke is coming straight out of the chimney it is the sign of a calm day.
