(1) St Leonard - patron of the Parish of Dunnamaggan
(2) St Moganna - from whom the name Kilmoganny comes &
(3) St Malkin ____ ?
- St Moganna:- is the Patron Saint of Kilmoganny. The Protestant Church which was once a Catholic Chuch, was his. He is buried beside it
- St Leonard's Well & Mass Bush are in Dunnamaggin:- Any person emigrating takes with him a branch of the bush, because it is believed it will save him from all danger.(continues on next page)
- The new school (1929) is Dunnamaggin is called "St Leonard's School".
