    DUBLIN AND EASTER WEEK

    City where freedom marches and legends and dreams have cast
    In the gloom of Cathdedral arches relics of Irelands past
    Oh deep in thine eyes of gladness no tragical tears could mar
    These dwells the invincible sadness for the dead ones that wait afar
    Sorrow for those white blossoms blasted in freedoms's fight
    And the passionate Irish bosoms that slumber in peace to-night
    I gazed on thy tremulous river all alone when the moonbeam
