    sides, but those beds were counted very unhealthy. There are some of those beds in houses up to this day.
    Starch. They made their own starch out of potatoes and they also made starch out of flour. They did this by boiling the flour on water and then ringing the clothes out of it. If this was done properly it made splendid starch. Some old women still provide themselves with starch in that way.
