There is a well near Ballina and if you have a pain in your head take three drinks out of it and the pain will heave your head.
The cure for the palate of the mouth going down is to catch three ribs of hair in the crown of your head and pull them and you will lift the palate of the mouth. This is called the Shilly Shaw.
