    A fairy story.
    About seventy five years ago there lived at Kilcox a man of the Walshs.
    In those days there used to be a dance in Ballylongford every Saturday night.
    It used to be about twelve o'clock when the dance used to break up.
    One night this man went there.
    After the dance he set out for home.
    As he came along there was a house in which he saw a light, he went in and lighted his pipe.
    Then after that he came out and continued his journey.
    When he was about half way home he heard the galloping after him.
    Then the horse got up to him and as it passed him he saw that it had no head and there was a jockey up on the horse, and he was dressed in red
