    and they also put in the churndash and after a few days they churn it. In the Winter time the people be about an hour churning and in the Summer they be about a half an hour. The milk is always cold in the Winter and it takes a long time to churn it. It is not cold in the Summer and it takes a short time to churn it. Any person that comes into a house when the people are churning they have to take a brash.
