  1. There lived in the townland of the Greenmountain a man named Pat Mac Geoy who waled from Dublin a distance of one hundred mile and carried a suitcase in one hand and a heavy parcel in the other. He came two days travelling day and night. When he came home he started for Manorhamilton and bought blue stone and was out at six o 'clock spraying his potatoes. Some time after he took all near cuts to Sligo(?) and brought a suit of clothes and walked home again and was home at one o'clock in the day.
