  1. The potatoes that grow in this district are, Aran Banners, Scotch Greys, Up to Dates Early Roses, Aran Victors, and Kerr Pinks. The farmers set the potatoes in the month of March. This is how they set them.
    First they put out manure. Then they cut the seed, they leave and eye or two in each seed because the stalk would not grow without doing that. Then they spread the manure. After that they drop the seed. Then some man copes it, that is he turns the sod that
