  1. Once upon a time a man who lived in the townland of Meeneymore named Thomas Mac Grath. One day a batch of men were putting in a hay stack and they were compairing to see which of them would bring the bigger load. Thomas Mac Grath said he would bring this rick of hay in which there were four hundred the men tied the load and they tramped it down before they got it tied the men hoisted the load on his back and he carried it a half a mile up hill.
    Note.
    I mind to see him coming to out house for the old age pension.
