    On Cregnahorna's braes.

    Slieve Snaught, the mighty monarch
    That wears the royal crown.
    Is first to catch your wondering gaze
    He looks in splendour down
    Upon the little gone of hills
    That guard their Royal sire,
    And sparkling in the setting sun.
    Like glittering gems of fire.
