  1. About thirty years ago, there lived in Ballinlough a man whose name was "John Mc Closkey."
    John McCloskey was a local farmer, but is at present in Carndonagh.
    One day he was herding on the hill. On the hill he had a sod house built. A fairy woman came in. He put her out. Next day she came back, he put her out again. so she burned his house.
    Ballinlough lies North, of the main road, leading from Buncrana to Clonmany.
    The fairy woman was never seen again.
