  1. John Dowdall, Kilcoskan, The Ward also speaks of a man named Patrick Brennan - nicknamed - "Paddy the Weasel" who worked for Mr. Rogers, Kilcoskan, The Ward about ten years ago. This man had a large book in which was written the name of every man, woman and child in the country, their address, description and business. Nobody ever found out why he had made this collection but there was a lot of talk about it at the time. He left the district and took the book with him.
