  1. It is said when there is a rainbow seen in the sky or a ring round the moon it is a very sure sign of rain.
    Very often you will hear the old people say when the goats are on top of the hills we will have fine weather but when the come down we will have a storm. The old people have an old saying "There is a storm coming the goats have come."
