- There are a few tailors in this district. They all work at their own homes. They do not keep cloth. When a person wants to get a suit made they supply the cloth themselves. Cloth is not spun in this district. There are no traditions connected with tailors.
The tailor uses a needle, iron, scissors, timble, thread measure and a machine. There are six spinning-wheels in the district. Stockings are knitted locally. Black clothes are worn at a funeral. Shirts are made in some houses and others buy them.(continues on next page)- Collector
