    through a cloth and flour is mixed with it. It is then cooked and it is ready for eating.
    Another common use for potatoes is for making colcannon. It is in this way it is made. The potatoes are washed and pealed and boiled in water. When they are boiled they are mashed with a spechial (SIC) instrument for that purpose. Then new milk and onions and salt are mixed with it and it is then ready for use.
