    During the Cromwellian campaign Ross Castle was owned by the Black Baron - one of Cromwell's followers. He had an only daughter called Sebana. Sebana was in the habit of wandering by the shores of the lake and one night as she was having her usual walk, she heard strange music proceeding from the Island. She called her boatman and went to Church Island.
    There she met Orwin. They fell in love
