  1. The mermaid lives in the sea.
She has the head of a girl with long flowing hair and the body and and tail of a fish. It is said she is of a beautifull colour with golden hair and a shining body she combs her hair with a comb made of pearls. If she follows a ship is a bad omen.
The sailors say there ship will sink if the mermaid follows them.
