    (1) There is a field in the land of JAMES COLEMAN of Tureenduve called "America" It was so called being so far from the west of the house that the men (?) should carry their dinner with them when going to work
    So THEY TERMED IT "America"

    (2) There is a field in WILLIAM O'KEEFE'S land of Tureenduve called the "Boola" It was so called because the cattle used be put up there at night in safety and left out in the morning.
    (3) There is a field in the land of DANIEL MARTIN O'LEARY of Tureenceagh called the "Reavota" because it was burned several times and then limed to make land of it.
