    the cows heads for luck. When you would be milking and if you spilled any of it some other person would be more in want of it. The cow that would lose her milk would be called a stripper. When a cow would calve you would milk her then you would give about two basins of it to the calf and you would give the rest of it to the cow to drink. The milk is called bisting, you would do that every time until the bisting is gone out of it.
