    A story about a fairy cow
    Long ago a man named Paddy Malany lived in the downland of Crewagh near Ballyfarnon in County Roscommon.
    He owned a black cow and every time she was milked she would kick the gallon and spill he milk. There was a fort on his field. One night as he was coming home with the cows he heard a cry out of the fort as he was passing it.
    He paid no heed to it only passed on. The next evening as he was passing he also heard the cry. Then he began to realize that his cow was a fairy cow.
