    The cure for this is to take hot drinks in bed.
    A cure for bronchitis is to rub a tallow candle over the chest and then cover with brown paper.
    A cure for sore eyes is to bathe the eyes with cold tea.
    Another cure for warts is to rub them on a dead childs hand.
    A local cure for rheumatism is to drink plenty of buttermilk.
    The cure for a boil is to bathe it in hot water.
    Another cure for warts is the milk of a dandelion.
    Fellan is a bad sore caused by rubbing and is cured with Venice turpentine.
    The cure for corns is sea weed.
    The old time cure for scarlatina was to take cooling drinks and saffron. Now it is not cured at home but in Hospital.
