    In Ballinteer there lived a man named John Moran.
    His nephew still lives there.
    It was said that if you put a ton of stones into three sacks he could lift them into a cart in three lifts.
    Before the Great War a man called Tom Sullivan who is an uncle of mine won a mahogany biscuit barrel in a race from Nass [?] to the G.P.O. in Dublin.
