    The Lantern that Quenched
A man was walking along the road going home one dark night when he saw somthing on the road before him. It was just like a bag of wool. He kicked four or five times until he came to his own bye-road. He went into his house and lit a lantern and said he wouldn't rest until he would find out what it was. When he was out a bit the road the lantern quenched and he went in again and said he would have to see it. He lit it again and it quenched, he went in again and quenched again. He didn't go out anymore.
