There is another short road called Bóthar an Ceardcha. It got it's name from an old forge which stands at one end of the road. The road had not been much used for some time until lately when it was repaired. It leads form the Claremorris - Tuam road to the village of Seefin. On one side of this road is an old hawthorn bush. It is often in the way of carts of hay which pass that way. It is supposed to be a fairy bush.
