    in Loughall: he was my Grandfather's uncle His sister was married in Loughall. One night he appeared to her and told that if she left her eldest son at the cross-road at nine o'clock the next night that he would come back again, but her husband would not allow her to do so. The next night he gave three roars which were heard through-out Co Mayo except Loughall.
